The requirement to enter one's shipping address even when shipping the part to the local/preferred dealer is confusing and seemingly contradictory. If shipping to the local dealership (for customer pick-up) the shipping address should not be required. Also, an odd "error" statement (in yellow font, something referring to "could not resolve") appeared after the VIN was entered (t check for proper fitment). On the huge "plus side," India Byers and the next parts rep (I missed his name), with whom I spoke on the phone, were very helpful and professional. Thanks.
